Making A Purchase.Making a purchase could not be easier just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection, click on "Proceed with purchase" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
When you have completed your order an Order Confirmation will be sent to your email. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta. If you are shopping outside of the United Kingdom please, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
When our Sales Team process your order, if the item is out of stock, we will send an email to advise you of this and a refund will be actioned to your credit card via WorldPay. Orders can be placed over the phone, or via email or fax (01455 271026). In these instances we can accept payment by credit card, postal order or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Gridgear Ltd, but please note that orders will not be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared for payment.
Shipping, Handling and Delivery Schedule.
Delivery is £2.99 to all mainland UK & NI addresses. You should allow up to 5 working days for standard delivery. However we do endeavour to send orders out the next working day but we cannot guarantee this with every order due to stock availability and our events schedule.
Most packages will require a signature on delivery, but we are happy to deliver to a work or alternate address. In order to do this, please make sure you provide us with this alternate address, and a daytime telephone number, where there is someone to sign for your parcel.
Guaranteed Next day delivery to the UK is available at a charge of £5, providing we receive your order by 12 noon the day before.
Our standard delivery charge for all orders outside the UK is : Europe - £4.99, Rest of the World - £7.99. The exception to this is if you are purchasing a framed print from our Memorabilia Section. Please call us for a delivery quote if you are outside the UK or NI (01455 274372).
Out of Stock Items.We endeavour to keep most items in stock, however we are reliant on our suppliers, some of which are overseas. If an item is out of stock and you wish to be informed when it is available simply click on the "Notify me when available" button. When this item is restocked the website will automatically send you an email advising you of this so you can replace your order.
Tax Charges.
Prices are inclusive of 17.5% VAT except for childrens wear which is exempt. Our VAT Registration Number is 813550844.
Credit Card Security.
All credit card numbers are encrypted using the WorldPay payment system when the order is placed with 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach WorldPay's secure server. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee.We will match any competitors current advertised price on any products featured on this website. If you find an identical item cheaper within 2 weeks of purchase, advise us where you have seen this and we will refund the difference.

Returns Policy.If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods, return them to us for a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.
Products must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase and must be in their original packing with original tickets still attatched ( in a reasonable condition). We can only refund the original customer and refunds can take up to 7 days to be processed.
If a replacement is out of stock, we will advise you by email or phone.
Since we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit, we advise that you send the goods back to us by recorded post.
